Baby and Me Yoga

Baby and Me Yoga is a great way to get back onto your mat with your little one in tow!

Come and enjoy one hour of yoga for YOU and your baby as you carve out space for self care/relaxation. Take care of yourself and connect with your baby and other mama’s through postures, breath, movement, song and restoration.

Special attention will be given to opening up tight shoulders, releasing neck tension, easing back pain, building new strength and helping assist in your pelvic floor recovery.
